Purchasing a Water System
What is the process to purchase a water system?
Contact us or a local provider to get a quote. Your zip code will be used to help us determine the right configuration for your filters. You will then review the filter maintenance plan for the system you are purchasing. For Payment, we accept Cash, Credit Card, Check, and have many bank financing options available (pending credit approval).
What is the process after I have purchased the water system?
Once the unit has been purchased, our Customer Service team will send out an e-receipt and the warranty information. If the payment method was "financing" then Customer Service will send out the paperwork required for signatures via e-sign. We will also send a welcome email that will give you access to your online account.
The warehouse department will prepare the packages and will send it via FedEx. Once FedEx has delivered the system, a local licensed contractor will be available (at an additional cost) to help with home installation. Our warehouse team can help customers connect with a contractor to get everything set up properly.
Instructions for installation and post installation will included in the original package and will also available in your online account.
